Over the past twenty years Rev. Dr. Horvath-Zurn has engaged audiences across the South- Central and Midwest United States with her candid story-telling and practical messages of hope, inspiration and spiritual development. In addition, she has published small group workshops available on the Metropolitan Community Church website, and a doctoral thesis titled: Open Hearts, Open Doors: Opening the Doors of the Church to the Transgender Community. She currently seeks publishing for her first book--a first person memoir of her movement from fundamentalist Christian theology to a spiritual awakening in the most unexpected place: the northern woods of Minnesota.
